Important Information & Updates

Download and Print Wage Detail Information

Employers can view, download and print previously-submitted wage detail information in their MyUI Employer+ account. Previously submitted wage detail information is displayed in the account’s employment and wage detail history. Visit the How to View Download and Print Wage Detail Reports page for step-by-step instructions.

Delinquent Premium Penalty Assessment

Employer accounts with delinquent premiums on June 30th of each year are subject to an assessed delinquent premium penalty (Colorado Employment Security Act 8-79-102). Delinquent premium penalties are equal to the amount of past-due premiums, or 1 percent (0.01) of the taxable payroll, whichever is less. The Division spreads out the charges for these delinquent premium penalties each quarter of the following year.

Delinquent amounts due should be paid in full before the June 30 deadline to avoid DPP assessment. Visit the Interest and Penalties page for more information.

Pending Third Party Administrator Requests

Employers who use a payroll service provider, accounting service, or other third party administrator (TPA) must grant access to their account before the TPA can conduct any business on their behalf. Please review “Pending” TPA associations on your Employer Home page inside MyUI Employer+.

TPAs who have not been granted access to an employer account cannot submit wages, make payments, or complete other processes on behalf of the employer, which can result in penalty and interest charges applied to the employer’s account.

Account Reactivations, Liability and Qualifying Date Changes

Employers can submit a Contact Us request inside MyUI Employer+ to reactivate an account, or make changes to the account’s liability or qualifying date.

Division staff will implement the requested changes in order to maintain data integrity and prevent discrepancies in employer accounts.

UI Employer Compliance Survey

The UI Division is committed to helping Colorado employers remain compliant with their quarterly reporting requirements and streamlining the process for all users. Information gathered from these reports is crucial to maintain the integrity of UI benefit payments, the accurate calculation of employer premium rates and federally mandated reports about the state of Colorado's workforce and economy.

Share your thoughts on the UI reporting process in the Employer Compliance Survey. Your feedback is greatly appreciated!
